Client requests and Orders
In the main menu of your YAPA.page account, go to the “Requests and Orders” menu. Here you can see all purchases made on your multilink, orders and applications. You can filter all entries by title, time of receipt and current status.
Click on the three dots and select “Edit“. After that, a window with order details will open. In it you will see the data filled in by the client during the purchase, and what the client bought.
If you asked the client for contact details, then you can contact the client who made the order with a single click. Click on the three dots and select “Edit“, then at the bottom of the form that opens, click “Contact Customer“. Based on the data filled in by the client – all possible options for contacting the client are shown (call, whatsapp, viber, telegram, etc.)
For your convenience, you can use statuses to distinguish between new and old orders. When a client places an order, he comes to you in the status of “Paid” or “Created“. Click on the three dots and select “Edit“. The application window should open. In it you will see the data filled in by the client. To change the status, click on the current status and change the status to “Processed“, after that the order will no longer be displayed as new
Notifications about new client requests
Notifications of new applications will be sent to your email by default.
